Services We Provide

Paid for Services

Taking you on as a paid customer where you give us all the information and paperwork about your situation and then we create letters for you with instructions on what to do and how to send them. The cost is on a case-by-case basis. The areas we cover are:

1. Unsecured Credit Card Debts.
2. Personal Loans (corporate only - we do NOT do anything with private loans between you and a private individual).
3. County Court Judgments.
4. Bailiffs.
5. Mortgage Shortfall After Forced Sale.
6. Debt collectors of all types (corporate only).
7. Immunizing yourself against the system (removing yoursef from their jurisdiction - this MUST be done before any PCNs, traffic tickets and other items like this are received by you).
8. Consulting on removing your name from the V5C (UK) or title (usA and Canada) of your vehicle so that it is not towed away by the bailiffs/towing companies for failure to pay some sort of debt.

We will be also aiming to start dealing with actual mortgages but are in the learning phase at the moment on how to do this, having received the relevant information to research the procedures in doing so. When we have had success in this area this service will be added to the list above.

2. Providing a step-by-step tutorial on exactly how all this is done so that you are empowered to help yourself and others.
